- Vacuum - air quality is improved by having carpets down as it traps pollen and dust, however this filter needs cleaning, especially as children spend a great deal of time on the floor, therefore it is essential to vacuum at least once a week.
- Cleaning up after spills - accidents will happen, choose carefully what products you use on your carpets and soft furnishings. Our Spot Remover product is safe to use around your family and if you take advantage of our 'New Baby' package then we will leave you a can FREE of charge.
- Spillages - Scrape off as much excess as possible, use a damp white cloth (so no colour transfer occurs) and 'dab' at the stain, do not scrub, as this will damage the carpet fibres. Apply pressure to the area as weight will draw the stain up into the cloth. Call a professional for advice on how to proceed.
